黄仕沛教授治疗中风的学术经验

【摘要】：广东省著名经方家黄仕沛精研中医古籍五十余年,专研伤寒论二十余年,多次在全国各大院校巡讲,介绍"临床运用经方学术的思想",其著作《黄仕沛经方亦步亦趋录》及《梦回伤寒四大金刚》深受中医学子尊崇。黄老师临证以方证对应为核心思想,处方严谨而不失灵活,用药精简量重而主次分明,效如桴鼓。同时,在运用经方治疗中风病方面经验丰富,形成了自己独特的诊疗思维,尤善用"中风三方",收效往往出奇制胜。
[Abstract]:Huang Shipei, a famous classical scholar in Guangdong Province, has studied the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 50 years and studied typhoid fever for more than 20 years. He has been touring various colleges and universities throughout the country for many times. This paper introduces the academic thought of clinical application of Confucian classics. His works "Huang Shipei's prescriptions follow suit" and "Dream back to Typhus" are highly respected by traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Teacher Huang's prescription is strict and flexible, the prescription is concise, heavy and important, and the effect is as follows: Drum and Drum. At the same time, it has rich experience in the treatment of apoplexy, forming its own unique thinking of diagnosis and treatment, especially making good use of "stroke tri-party".
