藿香正气方治疗胃肠型感冒有效性和安全性系统评价

【摘要】：系统评价藿香正气方治疗胃肠型感冒的有效性及安全性。计算机检索CNKI,Wan Fang Data,Vip,Sino Med,Pub Med,Cochrane Library,Embase数据库,搜集藿香正气方治疗胃肠型感冒的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均为建库至2017年3月。筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果显示共纳入8个RCT,680例患者。8个研究均报告了临床有效率指标,提示藿香正气组疗效优于单纯西药组(RR及95%,1.2[1.08,1.33]);藿香正气联合西医常规疗法疗效优于西医常规疗法(RR及95%,1.32[1.20,1.46])。在症状缓解率方面,共纳入1个研究,提示藿香正气方在改善单个症状(如恶寒、发热、肠鸣腹泻方面)优于西药,在改善咽痛咽痒症状与西药治疗差异无统计学意义。该研究没有发现藿香正气方相关不良反应。藿香正气方治疗胃肠型感冒的临床疗效优于西药组及西医常规治疗组。受纳入研究的数量和质量的影响,上述结论尚需进一步开展更多高质量研究予以验证。
[Abstract]:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huoxiang Zhengqi recipe in the treatment of gastrointestinal colds. A computer search was conducted to search the database of CNKI Wan Fang data Vipn Sino Medor Pub Medboard Cochrane Library and Embase, and to collect RCTA in a randomized controlled trial of patchouli Zhengqi recipe in the treatment of gastrointestinal colds. The search time limit was to be built until March 2017. After screening the literature, extracting the data and evaluating the bias risk involved in the study, Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.3 software. The results showed that 680 patients were included in 8 RCTs. The clinical effective rate was reported in all the 8 studies, indicating that the curative effect of Huoxiang Zhengqi group was better than that of western medicine group (RR and 951.33), and that of Huoxiang Zhengqi combined with western medicine was better than that of traditional western medicine therapy (RR and 951.32 [1.201.46]). In the aspect of symptom relief rate, one study was included, which suggested that Huoxiang Zhengqi prescription was superior to western medicine in improving single symptom (such as cold, fever, diarrhea), but had no significant difference between the treatment of pharynx and itching of pharynx and western medicine. The study found no adverse reactions related to Huoxiang Zhengqi prescription. The clinical efficacy of Huoxiang Zhengqi recipe in treating gastrointestinal colds is better than that in western medicine group and western medicine routine treatment group. Influenced by the quantity and quality of the included studies, these conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.
