针刀挑割法配合中药熏洗治疗跖管综合征的临床观察

【摘要】：目的：探讨中医学治疗跖管综合征的机理,运用针刀挑割法配合中药熏洗治疗跖管综合征,并与局部疼痛点封闭疗法对比,分析临床观察结果,为跖管综合征的临床治疗提供一种临床治疗方法。方法：将60例符合纳入标准的跖管综合征患者随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗组应用针刀挑割法配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组应用局部封闭治疗。一周一次,2周为一个治疗疗程,治疗结束后对各组治疗前后的胫后神经传导速度、踝关节AOFAS积分及踝关节疼痛VAS评分进行对比分析。结果：1.治疗前两组患者胫后神经传导速度、踝关节AOFAS、踝关节疼痛VAS评分P0.05,两组间数据差异无统计学意义。2.治疗后治疗组和对照组分别进行组内比较,两组患者胫后神经传导速度、踝关节AOFAS、踝关节疼痛VAS评分均P0.05,组内数据有差异,有统计学意义。3.治疗后治疗组与对照组进行比较,两组患者胫后神经传导速度、踝关节AOFAS、踝关节疼痛VAS评分P0.05,两组间对比有统计学意义。4.治疗组的治愈率,有效率均明显高于对照组,且P0.05,有统计学意义。结论：.1.针刀挑割法配合中药熏洗治疗跖管综合征的临床疗效明显,能有效减轻或消除踝部疼痛,行走等活动功能明显改善或恢复。2.针刀挑割法配合中药熏洗治疗跖管综合征总疗效率高于局部疼痛点封闭疗法。3.针刀挑割法配应用弯刃针刀操作,极大的提高了安全系数,可有效避免对局部重要神经血管的损伤,值得临床推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of metatarsal canal syndrome, using needle knife cutting method combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation to treat metatarsal canal syndrome, and compare with local pain point closed therapy, analyze clinical observation results and provide a clinical treatment method for the clinical treatment of metatarsal canal syndrome.
