揿针治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察揿针治疗股外侧皮神经炎的临床效果。方法:这次研究收集长春中医药大学第一附属医院达到纳入要求患者60例,依照就诊时间先后随机方法平均分为两组,治疗组采用揿针治疗,对照组给予单纯针刺治疗,一个疗程后观察结果。结果:治疗组与对照组在性别(P0.05)、年龄(P0.05)、病程(P0.05)、vas积分表,以上几项治疗前P值均0.05,提示治疗组与对照组具备可比性。两组组内治疗后对比vas积分(P0.05)、疼痛缓解时间(P0.05)、疼痛持续时间(P0.05),提示治疗组与对照组通过治疗后以上几方面均有所改善。两组组间治疗后对比vas积分(P0.05)、疼痛缓解时间(P0.05)、疼痛持续时间(P0.05)、总有效率(P0.05)、复发率(P0.05),提示揿针治疗组效果显著高于针刺对照组。结论:揿针治疗股外侧皮神经炎可缩短患者疼痛时间,减轻患者疼痛程度,降低复发率,且在总效率上明显优于单纯针刺组,综合以上,揿针治疗股外侧皮神经炎值得在临床上推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Methods: this study collected 60 patients from the first affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the time of treatment, they were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with press acupuncture, and the control group was treated with simple acupuncture. The results were observed after a course of treatment. Results: in the treatment group and the control group, the sex of P0.05, the age of P0.05, the course of the disease P0.05 / vas integral table, the above several items before treatment P value were 0.05, suggesting that the treatment group and the control group are comparable. The vas score, pain relief time and pain duration were compared between the two groups after treatment, indicating that the treatment group and the control group were improved after treatment. After treatment, the scores of vas, pain relief, pain duration, total effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, respectively), which indicated that the effect of acupuncture treatment group was significantly higher than that of acupuncture control group. Conclusion: the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis with press acupuncture can shorten the time of pain, reduce the degree of pain and reduce the recurrence rate, and the total efficiency is obviously better than that of the simple acupuncture group. The treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis by pressing acupuncture is worth popularizing in clinic.
