草乌蒙医烘制工艺的优化研究

【摘要】：目的:阐明草乌蒙医烘制原理,进一步优化烘制工艺,以保证草乌的临床用药安全有效性。方法:遵循蒙医药理论,按照原始传统方法烘制草乌药材,采用HPLC检测其单、双酯型生物碱类化合物,并以此为指标性成分,观察比较与烘制前后变化和烘制时间、温度等影响因素的相关性,平行试验比较,确定烘制工艺最佳条件。结果:蒙医烘制工艺最佳条为将草乌药材润透至内无干心,在110℃下烘制10 h。结论:此法简便易行,效果可靠,方法可控,不使用辅料,适合于规模化生产,可作为蒙药草乌炮制规范来推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to elucidate the drying principle of Mongolian medicine and further optimize the baking process to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use. Methods: according to the theory of Mongolian medicine and the original traditional method, the medicinal materials of Caowu were prepared. The monoalkaloids and diester alkaloids were determined by HPLC, and the changes and time before and after baking were observed and compared. The correlation of temperature and other influencing factors, parallel test comparison, to determine the best conditions of baking process.
