循经远近配穴刺法治疗枕神经痛临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:本项研究旨在比较循经远近配穴刺法与常规针刺法治疗枕神经痛的疗效差异。方法:将60例枕神经痛患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例。研究过程中,治疗组1例患者因依从性不佳被剔除。治疗组采用循经远近配穴刺法,选取患侧手足少阳经头部完骨、风池,远取双侧外关、悬钟;患侧手足太阳经头部天柱,远取双侧后溪。对照组采用常规针刺法,选天柱、后顶、风池、后溪、申脉。两组患者都每日治疗1次,留针50分钟,1周为一疗程,治疗3疗程。采取视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、六点行为评分法(BRS)、症状疗效评定标准评定两组患者疗效。结果:1.视觉模拟评分法(VAS):治疗前,两组无显著差异,无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分较疗前均有所下降,P0.05,且治疗组VAS分低于对照组,有显著差异(P0.05)。2.六点行为评分法(BRS):治疗前,两组无显著差异,无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BRS评分较疗前均有所下降,P0.05,且治疗组BRS分低于对照组,有显著差异(P0.05)。3.症状疗效评定:治疗组愈显率为82.8%,对照组愈显率46.7%,有显著差异。结论:1.循经远近配穴刺法可以明显改善枕神经痛患者的头痛程度。2.循经远近配穴刺法治疗枕神经痛疗效确定,且优于常规针刺法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the therapeutic effects of acupoint matching along meridian and conventional acupuncture on occipital neuralgia. Methods: 60 patients with occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). In the course of the study, one patient in the treatment group was excluded because of poor compliance. The treatment group was treated with acupoint matching along meridian, selecting the affected side of the hand and foot Shaoyang through the end of the head bone, wind pond, far side closed, suspended bell; the affected side of the hand and foot sun through the head Tianzhu, far side back stream. The control group was treated with routine acupuncture. Tianzhu, rear top, Fengchi, Houxi and Shenmai were selected. The patients in both groups were treated once a day, 50 minutes a week as a course of treatment and 3 courses of treatment. Visual analogue score (VASA), six point behavior score (BRS) and symptom evaluation criteria were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups. The result is 1: 1. Visual analogue score (VAS): before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the scores of VAS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), and the scores of VAS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the BRS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group, and the BRS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The effective rate of symptoms in the treatment group was 82.8, while that in the control group was 46.7, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion 1. Acupuncture along meridian far and near can obviously improve the headache degree of patients with occipital neuralgia. The treatment of occipital neuralgia by acupuncture along meridian is better than that by conventional acupuncture.
