运用“提壶揭盖”法中药热奄包预防肛肠术后粪便嵌塞的临床疗效评价

【摘要】：目的:观察运用"提壶揭盖"法中药热奄包预防肛肠术后粪便嵌塞的临床疗效。方法:将60例肛肠术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组予吴茱萸250 g加粗盐150 g制成中药热奄包,运用"提壶揭盖"法指导取穴,热敷于相应穴位及腹部。对照组采用常规术后促进排便方法;比较两组患者术后平均排便时间,排便疼痛程度及排便费力程度。结果:治疗组与对照组:治疗组平均排便时间明显缩短(P0.05),排便疼痛程度,排便费力程度明显减轻。结论:运用"提壶揭盖"法中药热奄包预防肛肠术后粪便嵌塞疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Reyin bag for prevention of fecal impaction after anorectal operation. Methods: 60 patients after anorectal surgery were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). In the treatment group, 250 g of rutaecarpa and 150 g of crude salt were used to make hot election bag of traditional Chinese medicine. In the control group, the average defecation time, the degree of defecation pain and the degree of defecation effort were compared between the two groups. Results: in the treatment group and the control group, the mean defecation time was significantly shortened (P 0.05), the degree of defecation pain and defecation effort were significantly reduced. Conclusion: it is worth popularizing clinical application to use the method of "lifting pot and uncovering" to prevent fecal impaction after anorectal operation.
