中药减轻艾滋病抗病毒治疗后不良反应临床研究

【摘要】：检索近10年文献报道的中医药减轻艾滋病抗病毒治疗后不良反应的临床研究,分析临床观察,就病名、病因病机、治疗进行评述。中医通过疏肝利胆、清营凉血、祛风消肿、健脾益气、益气活血、通经活络、活血祛瘀化浊等为主要治则,改善抗病毒治疗后相关不良反应,提高了艾滋病的治疗效果。
[Abstract]:To search for the clinical research on alleviating the adverse reactions after the treatment of AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) reported in recent 10 years, to analyze the clinical observation, and to comment on the name, etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of the disease. Traditional Chinese medicine through the main treatment principles, such as soothing liver and promoting gallbladder, clearing away wind and cooling blood, expelling wind and swelling, invigorating spleen and invigorating qi and activating blood circulation, activating meridians and activating collaterals, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and removing turbid, etc., to improve the related adverse reactions after antiviral treatment, and to improve the therapeutic effect of AIDS.
