腹针对奥氮平所致肥胖脂代谢的影响

【摘要】：目的:探讨腹针对奥氮平所致肥胖患者血清瘦素、脂联素、总胆固醇及三酰甘油的影响。方法:将86例奥氮平所致肥胖患者随机分为观察组(47例)和对照组(39例)。对照组仅予以健康指导,接受饮食及运动调节;观察组在对照组基础上增加腹针疗法,穴取中脘、下脘、气海、关元、天枢、水道,每天治疗1次,每周治疗5次。两组均治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、血清瘦素、脂联素、总胆固醇及三酰甘油水平。结果:治疗后两组患者BMI、血清瘦素、总胆固醇和三酰甘油均低于治疗前(均P0.05),脂联素高于治疗前(均P0.05),并且观察组BMI、血清瘦素、总胆固醇和三酰甘油明显低于对照组(均P0.05),脂联素高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:腹针能调节奥氮平所致肥胖患者瘦素信号的转导能力以及脂联素的分泌,促进脂代谢,降低患者体质量。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of abdomen on serum leptin, adiponectin, total cholesterol and triglyceride in patients with obesity caused by olanzapine. Methods: 86 cases of obesity caused by olanzapine were randomly divided into observation group (n = 47) and control group (n = 39). The control group was only given health guidance and accepted diet and exercise regulation, while the observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group, and the observation group was treated 5 times a week by taking points from Zhongwan, Xiwan, Qihai, Guanyuan, Tianshu and waterway. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Body mass index (BMI), serum leptin, adiponectin, total cholesterol and triglyceride were compared before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the levels of BMI, serum leptin, total cholesterol and triglyceride in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P 0.05), adiponectin was higher than that before treatment (P 0.05). Total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), adiponectin was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: abdominal acupuncture can regulate leptin signal transduction ability and adiponectin secretion in obese patients induced by olanzapine, promote lipid metabolism and decrease body mass.
