【摘要】：研究背景:中医学作为一门医学科学,“名老中医”代表着当前中医学术和临床发展的最高水平,积极整理和研究并完整地传承名老中医理论和临床经验将推动中医各方面的进一步发展。解建国教授临证40余载,积累了丰富的经验,并形成了许多独特的学术思想。本人跟师侍诊期间,凡遇奇难怪症,多感同身受,临症细致,处方精妙,难得之处在于治病古今接轨,不泥于古,临证用药,攻补得当,应用灵活。解师认为,没有理论指导的临床犹如盲人摸象,只有通过不断地理论学习和总结,反复验证、应用于临床中,才能形成完整的学术体系,指导并启迪后人。目的:本研究分为两部分:第一部分,全面整理研究解建国教授学术思想和临床经验。第二部分,全面综述炭药的研究进展及总结、探讨解建国教授临床应用炭药经验。方法:通过收集、整理跟师随诊间的病历,查阅恩师著作、历届研究生发表文章以及接受言传身授等方式归纳相关诊疗信息,统计、分析临床数据,将收集整理的资料进行研究。结果:第一部分主要从4个方面来总结解建国教授学术思想和临床经验:(1)提倡中医微观辨证与宏观辨证结合指导临床;(2)较早主张“带瘤生存”治疗癌肿的理念,提出治癌三法及治癌原则,重视整体治疗,强调扶正补虚,抗癌抑瘤缩瘤等;(3)临床上,审时度势,同病异治,随病程阶段、病情轻重的灵活加减,选药的精准等。(4)大胆运用附子、活用虫药、善用对药等用药特色。第二部分,从炭药的历史沿革、炮制工艺的研究、炮制原理的研究、现代药理的研究、现代中医临床应用炭药经验进行炭药研究进展的综述,并通过整理归纳、统计分析142例解建国教授临床应用炭药的临床数据及临床应用炭药浅谈初步总结、探讨解建国教授临床应用炭药经验。结论:解建国教授深谙岐黄之术,思外揣内,审病必求因,临证数十年,学验俱丰,临床尤擅治疑难顽难之疾,救人活命,起死回生,数以万千,其学术思想及临床经验值得学习与总结。本次研究成果初步较全面地反映出解建国教授的学术思想和临床经验,然由于时间较紧迫、理解体会总结能力有限,对于解建国教授的特色学术观点及临床经验或许突出不够,望以后能继续不断丰富、完善其学术思想及临床经验。
[Abstract]:Background: as a medical science, "famous old Chinese medicine" represents the highest level of academic and clinical development of traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Xie Jianguo has accumulated rich experience and formed many unique academic thoughts for more than 40 years. During my consultation with my teacher, it is no wonder that I have the same feelings and feelings, and the prescription is delicate and delicate. What is rare is that the treatment of the disease is in line with the past and the present, is not clinging to the ancient, clinical medicine, attack and repair appropriate, flexible application. In his opinion, clinical practice without theoretical guidance is like a blind man's feeling. Only through continuous theoretical study and summary, repeated verification and application in clinical practice, can a complete academic system be formed, guide and enlighten future generations. Objective: this study is divided into two parts: the first part is a comprehensive study of Professor Xie Jianguo's academic thought and clinical experience. In the second part, the research progress and experience of clinical application of carbon drugs are summarized. Methods: by collecting, sorting out the medical records with the teacher, consulting the works of the teacher, publishing articles by successive graduate students and accepting the teaching of speech and body, the relevant diagnosis and treatment information was summarized, statistics and clinical data were analyzed. The collected data will be collected for study. Results: the first part mainly summarized Professor Xie Jianguo's academic thought and clinical experience from four aspects (1) advocated the combination of micro syndrome differentiation and macro syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to guide clinical practice. (2) early advocated the idea of "survival with tumor" in treating cancer. Put forward three methods of cancer treatment and the principle of cancer treatment, pay attention to the whole treatment, emphasize strengthening and reinforcing deficiency, anticancer and tumor inhibition, etc.) clinically, judge the situation, treat the same disease differently, and add or decrease flexibly with the course of the disease, the severity and severity of the disease. The second part, from the historical evolution of charcoal medicine, processing technology research, processing principle research, modern pharmacology research, modern Chinese medicine clinical application of charcoal medicine research progress, and through sorting and induction, The clinical data of 142 cases of Professor Xie Jianguo's clinical application of charcoal drugs and the preliminary summary of clinical application of carbon drugs were analyzed statistically, and the experience of professor Xie Jianguo's clinical application of carbon drugs was discussed. Conclusion: professor Xie Jianguo is well versed in the techniques of differentiation and yellow, thinking of the outside and conjecturing the cause of the disease. After decades of clinical experience, he has learned to cure the difficult and difficult diseases, save people's lives, revive the dead, and bring back thousands of people. Its academic thought and clinical experience are worth learning and summing up. The results of this study reflect Professor Xie Jianguo's academic thought and clinical experience in a relatively comprehensive way. However, due to time constraints and limited ability of understanding and summing up, it may not be enough for Professor Xie Jianguo's characteristic academic views and clinical experiences.
