运用“方药阵”思维解析伤寒类方的研究

【摘要】:目的:兵法与中医同为祖国传统文化的一部分,有着不可分割的联系。从兵法论伤寒,能够阐释古代传统文化的统一性,也可从另一个角度学习《伤寒论》。兵法与中医基本的指导思想如出一辙,通过学习研究,不仅能对传统文化有一个更深的认识,也重新认识经方,从而达到更好的在临床应用经方的目的。方法:通过对相关文献的搜集整理,突破传统的只运用中医理论探求《伤寒论》经方用药配伍规律的研究方法,结合我国古代兵法排兵布阵思想《孙子兵法》、《孙膑兵法》的内容,对伤寒方用药配伍规律进行分析整理。结论:通过整理分析,发现兵法与中医有着密切的内在联系。《孙膑兵法·十阵》排兵布阵原则与伤寒方组方用药规律有密切的联系。伤寒类方中,有单独一方为一阵,有一方多阵,有单独一味药为一阵等情况。
[Abstract]:Objective: the art of war and traditional Chinese medicine are part of the traditional culture of the motherland, there is an inseparable relationship. The theory of typhoid can explain the unity of ancient traditional culture and learn from another angle. The basic guiding ideology of Chinese medicine is the same as the military method. Through study and research, we can not only have a deeper understanding of traditional culture, but also re-understand the prescriptions of the classics, so as to achieve a better clinical application of the prescriptions. Methods: through the collection and arrangement of related documents, the traditional research method of only using traditional Chinese medicine theory to explore the law of compatibility of prescriptions for treating febrile diseases was studied. Based on the contents of the ancient Chinese military platoon's thought of "Sun Tzu's Art of War" and "Sun Bin's Art of War", this paper analyzes and arranges the law of prescription compatibility of typhus and fever. Conclusion: through sorting out and analyzing, it is found that there is a close internal relation between the military method and TCM, and the principle of "Sun Bin" is closely related to the rule of prescribing the prescription of typhoid and fever. Typhoid side, there is a single side for a while, there is a more than one side, there is a single drug for a while and so on.
