韩氏妇科治疗气滞血瘀型月经病痛证的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:对调气活血汤加减治疗气滞血瘀型月经病痛证,进行临床观察并评价其临床疗效。为临床中医中药治疗气滞血瘀型月经病痛证提供经验和有效方药。方法:观察收集2015年6月至2016年12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇科门诊符合本研究纳入标准的被诊断为气滞血瘀型月经病痛证的患者80例,运用调气活血汤加减治疗3个月经周期后,观察患者疗前疗后VAS评分、临床症状积分等变化,采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行数据统计和分析。结果:患者年龄、病程、病情与疗效的关系:P0.05,无统计学意义,表示患者的年龄、病程、病情与疗效之间存在无显著差异,本方对于每个年龄段、病程长短、病情轻重的患者都具有很好的治疗效果。治疗前后VAS评分和临床症候积分评分均P0.05,表明具有统计学意义,说明调气活血汤加减能够明显消除气滞血瘀型月经病痛证患者的疼痛症状,亦可明显改善全身证候。通过药物治疗后,总有效率达92.5%。结论:1、通过临床研究证实调气活血汤止痛效果显著;2、调气活血汤对气滞血瘀型月经病痛症患者全身证候亦有明显改善;3、调气活血汤治疗气滞血瘀型月经病复发率低,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Tiaoqi Huoxue decoction in treating menstrual pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. To provide experience and effective prescription for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type menstrual pain syndrome. Methods: from June 2015 to December 2016, 80 patients who were diagnosed as menstrual pain syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in gynecological outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were observed and collected. After 3 menstrual cycles were treated with Tiaoqi Huoxue decoction, VAS scores and clinical symptom scores were observed before and after treatment. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Results: there was no significant difference in age, course of disease, condition and curative effect between the patient and the patient. There was no significant difference in age, course of disease, state of disease and curative effect between the patient and the patient, and there was no significant difference between the patient's age, the course of disease and the curative effect. Patients with severe illness have good therapeutic effects. Before and after treatment, VAS score and clinical symptom score were both P0.05, which indicated that Tiao Qi Huoxue decoction could obviously eliminate the pain symptoms of patients with menstrual pain syndrome of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type, and also improve the whole body syndrome. After drug treatment, the total effective rate was 92.5%. Conclusion: 1. The clinical study showed that Tiao Qi Huoxue Tang had a significant analgesic effect, and that Tiao Qi Huoxue Tang could significantly improve the systemic syndrome of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type menstrual pain, and that Tiao Qi Huoxue decoction had low recurrence rate and high safety in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis menstrual disease.
