壮药消痞导滞片治疗功能性消化不良180例的临床疗效研究

【摘要】：目的观察壮药消痞导滞片治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将180例患者随机分为治疗组(59例)、对照一组(63例)、对照二组(58例),分别予口服壮药消痞导滞片、多潘立酮片、健胃消食片,观察治疗前后上腹痛、烧灼感,餐后饱胀,早饱等症状和胃镜结果的变化。结果治疗后三组患者的上述症状皆有所改善,且治疗组总有效率为86.9%,优于对照一组69%及对照二组67.9%(P0.05);胃粘膜改善率治疗组为77.2%,优于对照一组60.3%(P0.05),与对照二组(73.2%)比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论壮药消痞导滞片具有较好的临床疗效,且较为安全,值得进一步推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Zhuangyao Xiaopi Daoqi tablets on functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods 180 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (59 cases), control group (63 cases) and control group (58 cases). Changes in symptoms such as early satiety and gastroscopy. Results after treatment, the above symptoms were improved in all three groups. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.9%, which was better than that of the control group (69%) and the control group (67.9%), and the gastric mucosal improvement rate of the treatment group was 77.2% (P0.05), which was better than that of the control group (60.3%), and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (73.2%) (P0.05). Conclusion Zhuangyao Xiaopi Daoqi tablet has good clinical effect and is safe and worthy of further popularization and application.
