滋阴利咽方治疗阴虚火旺型慢喉痹的临床研究

【摘要】：目的：评价滋阴利咽方治疗阴虚火旺型慢喉痹的临床疗效及其安全性。进一步探讨滋阴利咽方的作用机理,探究慢喉痹的中医临床诊疗方法,为研发其他有效的新方剂提供思路,为研发慢喉痹成药奠定基础。研究方法：收集在2015年5月至2016年1月期间在江苏省中医院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的符合纳入标准的慢喉痹患者64例,将其分为试验组(32例)和对照组(32例)。试验组予滋阴利咽方口服,对照组予玄麦甘桔颗粒冲服。每1疗程为7天,连续用药2个疗程。分别于治疗前、治疗7天、14天、21天(治疗结束后1周)观察,记录临床症状、专科体征及阴虚火旺症状情况,并记录不良反应。结果：经统计学分析,试验组和对照组药物治疗慢喉痹均有效。试验组总有效率为：96.77%,其中痊愈15例,显效13例,有效2例,无效1例。对照组总有效率为：86.67%,其中痊愈2例,显效10例,有效14例,无效4例。所有病例在用药期间无不良反应事件。结论：滋阴利咽方治疗阴虚火旺型慢喉痹疗效明确。滋阴利咽方可以显著改善患者的咽部不适、体征及阴虚症状。本次临床试验证明了滋阴利咽方对于治疗阴虚火旺型慢喉痹是安全的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Ziyin Liyan recipe in treating chronic laryngeal arthralgia. To further explore the action mechanism of Ziyin Liyan recipe, to explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic larynx arthralgia, to provide ideas for the development of other effective new formulas, and to lay a foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic larynx arthralgia. Methods: from May 2015 to January 2016, 64 patients with chronic laryngeal arthralgia who met the inclusion criteria were collected and divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 32) and control group (n = 32). The experimental group was treated with Ziyin Liyan prescription and the control group with Xuanmai Ganju granule. Each course of treatment was 7 days, 2 consecutive courses of medication. The clinical symptoms, specialized signs and symptoms of Yin deficiency and fire were recorded and adverse reactions were recorded respectively before and after treatment for 7 days, 14 days and 21 days (1 week after the end of treatment). Results: by statistical analysis, both the experimental group and the control group were effective in treating chronic laryngeal arthralgia. The total effective rate of the test group was 96: 77, of which 15 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. In the control group, the total effective rate was 1: 86.67, among which 2 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. There were no adverse events in all cases during medication. Conclusion: the curative effect of Ziyin Liyan prescription on chronic laryngoaryngitis with yin deficiency and fire is clear. Ziyin Liyan prescription can significantly improve the pharynx discomfort, signs and yin deficiency symptoms. This clinical trial proved that Ziyin Liyan prescription is safe for treating chronic laryngoaryngitis with yin deficiency and fire.
