温针俞募配穴结合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤后痉挛型神经源性膀胱的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察温针俞募配穴结合膀胱功能训练治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)后痉挛型神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法:将90例不完全性SCI后痉挛型神经源性膀胱患者按照随机数字表法分为膀胱功能训练组、温针组和治疗组(温针结合膀胱功能训练组),每组各30例。3组在基础药物治疗的基础上,分别给予膀胱功能训练、温针疗法、温针俞募穴结合膀胱功能训练法治疗,每天1次,1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察3组膀胱容量、残余尿量、膀胱压力、生活质量评分的变化。结果:治疗3个月后3组的膀胱容量均有所增加,治疗组变化较其他2组更明显(P0.05),3组的残余尿量均明显减少,膀胱压力明显降低,生活质量评分明显改善,治疗组变化趋势较其他2组更明显(P0.05)。结论:温针俞募配穴结合膀胱功能训练对改善SCI后痉挛型神经源性膀胱患者的膀胱功能疗效显著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of wenjingshu combined with bladder function training in the treatment of spastic neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury (sci). Methods: 90 patients with spastic bladder after sci were divided into two groups according to random number table. Warm acupuncture group and treatment group (warm acupuncture combined with bladder function training group), 30 cases in each group were treated with bladder function training, warming acupuncture therapy, warming needling point combined with bladder function training method respectively on the basis of basic drug therapy. The changes of bladder volume, residual urine volume, bladder pressure and quality of life (QOL) were observed once a day, 1 month as a course of treatment and 3 courses of treatment. Results: after 3 months of treatment, the bladder volume in the three groups was increased, and the changes in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the other two groups (P0.05). The residual urine volume, bladder pressure and quality of life score were significantly decreased in the treatment group than in the other two groups (P0.05). The change trend of treatment group was more obvious than that of other two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture at Shufu point combined with bladder function training on bladder function in patients with spastic neurogenic bladder after sci is significant.
