陈日新“辨敏取穴”施灸学术思想及临床应用

【摘要】：陈日新教授继承《黄帝内经》穴法,回归腧穴本源、重视腧穴状态,临床施灸择优选取灸疗特异性腧穴——热敏腧穴为施灸部位,形成了独特的"辨敏取穴"施灸学术思想,凸显了临床灸疗疗效潜力。文章从源于经典、基于临床、继承创新、提高疗效4个方面对"辨敏取穴"施灸学术思想的形成及其临床应用进行总结,旨在为针灸临床选穴提供新思路与方法。
[Abstract]:Professor Chen Rixin inherited the acupoint method of "Huangdi Internal Classic", returned to the source of acupoints, attached importance to the state of acupoints, selected the special acupoints of moxibustion therapy and heat-sensitive acupoints as the moxibustion site, and formed a unique academic thought of moxibustion. The clinical therapeutic potential of moxibustion is highlighted. This article summarizes the formation and clinical application of the academic thought of moxibustion based on classic, based on clinical practice, inheriting innovation and improving curative effect, in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion.
