补益强心片对慢性心力衰竭疗效及容量负荷的影响分析

【摘要】：目的:分析补益强心片对慢性心力衰竭疗效及容量负荷的影响。方法:研究资料为我院心内科收治的82例慢性心力衰竭患者,纳入时间为2014年9月~2016年5月。随机原则分组,41例为对照组,接受常规药物治疗,另41例为观察组,常规药物基础上加服补益强心片。分析两组治疗效果以及容量负荷指标变化。结果:观察组总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组70.73%。治疗后,观察组MLHFFQ得分和6MWT分别为(28.43±3.59分、379.5±9.6m),均明显优于对照组(36.85±4.05分、338.4±8.9m)。治疗后,观察组RAP、PAP和PAWP值分别为(0.87±0.03、4.12±0.26、3.01±0.14)k Pa,均明显低于对照组(0.96±0.04、4.71±0.29、3.37±0.16)k Pa。(4)治疗后,观察组CO和LVEDP值分别为(4.56±0.37L/min、19.04±1.15mm Hg),均明显优于对照组(4.09±0.34L/min、22.41±1.46mm Hg)。结论:补益强心片可提高慢性心力衰竭的治疗疗效,提高患者生活质量,改善患者容量负荷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of Buyi Qiang Xin tablet on chronic heart failure. Methods: 82 patients with chronic heart failure were admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to May 2016. Randomly divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (41 cases), taking Buyi Qiangxin tablet on the basis of routine medicine. The effect of treatment and the change of volumetric load index were analyzed in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.24%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.73). After treatment, the MLHFFQ score and 6MWT in the observation group were (28.43 卤3.59) and 379.5 卤9.6 m, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group (36.85 卤4.05 min, 338.4 卤8.9 m). After treatment, the values of RAPP and PAWP in the observation group were (0.87 卤0.03 卤4.12 卤0.26 卤3.01 卤0.14) KPA, significantly lower than those in the control group (0.96 卤0.04 卤4.71 卤0.29 卤3.37 卤0.16) KPA. (4) after treatment, the values of CO and LVEDP in the observation group were (4.56 卤0.37 L / min, 19.04 卤1.15mm Hg), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (4.09 卤0.34 L / min 22.41 卤1.46mm Hg). Conclusion: Bu Yi Qiang Xin tablet can improve the curative effect of chronic heart failure, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the volume load of patients.
