蒙药山沉香普通粉与超微粉气相色谱指纹图谱的研究

【摘要】:目的:建立蒙药山沉香药材气相色谱法的特征指纹图谱研究方法,揭示超微粉碎对山沉香挥发性成分溶出的影响。方法:采用气相色谱分析手段对山沉香挥发性成分进行分析,利用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"2004A版进行比较分析,NIST05普库检索对主要指纹峰进行归属。结果:建立了山沉香药材气相色谱指纹图谱共用模式,10批山沉香药材相似度分析结果为相似度均0.95;通过对普通粉与超微粉指纹图谱的分析证明,山沉香超微粉碎后,化学成分种类数目并未发生改变,但其主要化学成分的含量明显提高(P0.05)。结论:该分析方法简便快速、准确可靠,重现性好,可作为山沉香药材的鉴定和质量控制的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a method for the study of the characteristic fingerprint of Mongolian Herba Acanthopsis by gas chromatography, and to reveal the effect of ultrafine pulverization on the dissolution of volatile components of Acanthopsis mongolicum. Methods: the volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography, and the main fingerprint peaks were analyzed by using the similarity Evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese Medicine (2004A). Results: the common pattern of gas chromatographic fingerprint was established. The results of similarity analysis showed that the similarity was 0.95.The fingerprint of common powder and ultrafine powder proved that after ultrafine grinding, the similarity was 0.95. The number of chemical constituents did not change, but the content of the main chemical components increased significantly (P0.05). Conclusion: this method is simple, rapid, accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be used as an effective method for the identification and quality control of Herba Acanthopsis.
