不同频率电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture with different frequency on cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type, to analyze the speed and degree of pain relief of electroacupuncture with different frequency, and to analyze the possible mechanism, and to select the frequency of electroacupuncture suitable for this kind of disease. In clinical application, the objective and standardized quantitative treatment standard is provided to facilitate the clinical application and popularization of the methods: 60 patients diagnosed in the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Nantong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into low-frequency treatment group and high-frequency control group according to the digital random method. There were 30 cases in each group. The trigger point of myofascial (4-5 treatment points according to the patient's condition) was selected. The electroacupuncture frequency of the low-frequency treatment group was 2Hz. the frequency of electroacupuncture in the low-frequency treatment group was 2Hz, and the frequency of electroacupuncture in the high-frequency control group was 100Hz per day. The comprehensive score of pain, symptom improvement score, comprehensive curative effect and adverse reaction were observed, and the overall curative effect, pain score, symptom improvement score and safety of the two groups were evaluated. Results: 1. Before receiving treatment, the two groups of patients evaluated the equilibrium of age, course of disease and sex between the two groups. The results showed that the two groups of patients were in age, course of disease, There was no statistical significance in sex (P0.05), which was comparable. 2. Comparison of the total curative effect between the two groups: the total effective rate of the low-frequency treatment group was 80, the total effective rate of the high-frequency control group was 933, the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (p0.05), indicating the total effective rate of the high-frequency control group (p0.05). The body effect was better than that in the low frequency treatment group. Comparison of pain score between the two groups: before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the total MPQ score (P0.05), indicating that the pain degree of the two groups was comparable and comparable .4.After the treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the total MPQ score, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), which indicated that the pain degree between the two groups was comparable. After treatment, the total MPQ scores in the low-frequency treatment group and the high-frequency control group were compared with those before and after treatment. The results showed that the two groups were compared with each other before and after treatment. There was significant statistical significance (P0. 001), indicating that both low frequency electroacupuncture and high frequency electroacupuncture could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients. The total scores of MPQ after treatment were compared between the two groups. There was statistical significance (P0.05), which showed that the effect of high frequency electroacupuncture was better than that of low frequency electroacupuncture group. The PRI score of the two groups after treatment was compared. There was significant statistical significance (p0. 001), also showed that the improvement of PRI score in high frequency electroacupuncture group was significantly better than that in low frequency electroacupuncture group. There was no significant difference between the low-frequency treatment group and the high-frequency control group before treatment (P0.05), which was comparable: after treatment, the symptom improvement scores of the two groups were improved, There was significant difference between the low frequency treatment group and the high frequency control group before treatment (P0.05), which indicated that the effect of high frequency electroacupuncture on improving the symptoms of cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type was better than that of high frequency electroacupuncture. Conclusion: the curative effect of electroacupuncture on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is better than that of 1 00Hz.
