乳腺癌在中医五种模式下用药情况分析

【摘要】：目的:研究分析乳腺癌患者在中医治疗肿瘤五种治疗模式下用药情况,为中西医结合治疗乳腺癌提供参考。材料与方法:选取2015年5月-6月辽宁中医药大学附属医院肿瘤科经治的乳腺癌患者,应用Microsoft Excel制表,进行数据收集,包括基本情况、临床分期、接受的西医综合治疗情况、在2015年5-6月期间在辽宁中医药大学附属医院肿瘤科的经治情况,根据西医综合治疗情况判断所处中医治疗阶段(防护、巩固、加载、维持和单纯中医治疗阶段),并加以统计分析,总结中医治疗肿瘤五种治疗模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用情况。结果:所有患者中处于中医防护和巩固治疗阶段者最多,其次为中医加载治疗阶段,处于中维持和单纯中医治疗阶段者最少。半数以上患者处于早期(手术后无瘤),处于中期(癌灶=1处)和晚期(癌灶≥2处)者次之,处于终末期(临终前)患者最少。早期患者均处于防护和巩固治疗阶段,中期患者多处于加载治疗阶段,晚期患者处于维持和加载阶段者最多,终末期患者均处于单纯中医治疗阶段。处于防护阶段患者多为以防护内分泌治疗者,处于加载阶段患者均为内分泌加载,内分泌治疗患者辨证汤药多以柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤为主方,随证加减。结论:中医治疗肿瘤五种治疗模式可联合西医乳腺癌综合治疗全程,值得临床进一步推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study and analyze the drug usage of breast cancer patients under five kinds of treatment modes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for tumor treatment, and to provide reference for the treatment of breast cancer by integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine. Materials and methods: patients with breast cancer treated in oncology department of affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from May to June 2015 were selected and tabulated with Microsoft Excel to collect data, including basic situation, clinical stage, and comprehensive treatment of western medicine. From May to June 2015, the department of oncology in the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine (Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine) judged the stage of TCM treatment (protection, consolidation, loading) according to the situation of comprehensive western medicine treatment. To summarize the application of five kinds of TCM treatment modes in breast cancer patients. Results: most of the patients were in the stage of protection and consolidation of TCM, followed by the stage of loading treatment of TCM, and the least of them were in the stage of middle maintenance and simple treatment of TCM.
