“形不足者,温之以气;精不足者,补之以味”之食治观

【摘要】:《素问·阴阳应象大论》曰:"形不足者,温之以气;精不足者,补之以味",后世医家对其诠释虽各持己见,但都是从中医治病的角度进行阐述。故将依据药食同源理论,从形、精不足与体质的关系以及食养食治入手,对"温之以气""补之以味"加以补充诠释,着重关注由形精不足所致的偏颇体质,以及如何改善偏颇体质以防止由此所导致的各种慢性病的发生,对中医临床具有重要的借鉴意义。

Although doctors of later generations have their own views on its interpretation, they are all expounded from the angle of treating diseases by traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, according to the theory of medicine and food homology, starting with the relationship between form, essence deficiency and physical constitution, and the treatment of food and food, this paper makes a supplementary interpretation of "warm with Qi" and "replenish it with taste", focusing on the biased constitution caused by deficiency of form and essence. And how to improve the biased constitution to prevent the occurrence of various chronic diseases is of great significance to the clinical practice of TCM.
