鹿角壮骨胶囊对绝经后骨质疏松症患者生殖内分泌激素及骨代谢的影响
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Lujiao Zhuanggu capsule on reproductive endocrine hormone and bone metabolism in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods 120 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into control group (59 cases) and observation group (61 cases). The patients in the control group received oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets, 1 tablet tid and 1 tablet of Alfarin capsule, 0.50 渭 g / time, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Lujiao Zhuanggu capsule (1.35 g / time) on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated with 3 months as a course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment. Before treatment and at 3 and 6 months after treatment, The changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol, testosterone (T), osteocalcin (BGP), (BGP), calcitonin (CT) and parathyroid hormone (PTH) in patients with lumbar vertebrae positive position (L1~L4) and femoral neck bone mineral density (BMD),) were compared. Results: 32 patients in the observation group and 2 in the control group dropped off. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of serum FSHE 2BGP CT and PTH in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and significantly higher than those in the control group. After 6 months of treatment, the levels of L1~L4, BMD of femoral neck and serum FSHE2BGPCT-CTH in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment and / or at 3 months after treatment, and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: Lujiao Zhuanggu capsule can regulate reproductive endocrine hormone in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, and can increase BMDand reduce bone transformation.
