温针灸联合肩关节松解术在肩关节周围炎中应用

【摘要】：目的:分析温针灸联合肩关节松解术在肩关节周围炎中的应用效果。方法:采用前瞻性临床试验研究方法,随机抽取自2013年7月—2015年10月在我科室进行治疗的84例肩关节周围炎患者,使用随机数表法,将研究对象随机分为2组,即联合治疗组和对照组,每组研究对象42例。对照组仅仅使用肩关节松解术治疗,联合治疗组采用肩关节松解术的同时使用温针灸疗法。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后VAS评分情况。结果:两组比较,联合治疗组临床效果总有效率88.1%显著高于对照组的总有效率64.3%;两组患者治疗前的VAS评分相比,治疗后联合治疗组VAS评分(2.17±1.98)分显著低于对照组VAS评分(3.59±2.02)分,以上结果均P0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:温针灸联合肩关节松解术可以有效地促进肩关节周围炎患者的临床治疗效果,降低患者疼痛,这对于提高患者生活质量和降低心理负担具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of warming acupuncture combined with shoulder release in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis. Methods: 84 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly selected from July 2013 to October 2015 in a prospective clinical trial. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Combined treatment group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated only with shoulder release, while the combined treatment group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical efficacy and VAS score before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the two groups, the total effective rate of the combined treatment group (88.1%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (64.3%), and the VAS score of the combined treatment group (2.17 卤1.98) after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group (3.59 卤2.02). The above results were all P 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with shoulder release can effectively promote the clinical treatment effect and reduce the pain of patients with periarthritis of shoulder, which is of great significance to improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the psychological burden.
