对应点交经互刺治疗急性踝关节扭挫伤30例临床观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨采用对应点交经互刺治疗急性踝关节扭挫伤的临床疗效。方法:将60例已确诊为踝关节扭伤的患者随机分为两组,对照组30例给予超短波物理治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上采用对应点交经互刺治疗。两组均以7d为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行综合评估,观察其临床疗效、VAS评分。结果:治疗组治愈率为60.0%,对照组为33.3%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组VAS评分治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组在治疗后1、3d优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对应点交经互刺治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床疗效佳,见效快,具有良好的研究前景。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of acute ankle joint contusion with corresponding point cross-meridian acupuncture. Methods: sixty patients with ankle sprain were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 30) was treated with ultrashort wave physiotherapy, the treatment group (n = 30) was treated with the corresponding point intersection acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated and VAS score was evaluated. Results: the cure rate of the treatment group was 60.0g and that of the control group was 33.3.The treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the difference of VAS score between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P0.05) on the 1st day after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of acute ankle sprain is effective and has a good prospect.
