子午流注法指导小儿食积咳嗽用药的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:通过对小儿食积咳嗽发病机制的研究及子午流注理论的认识,指导食积咳嗽的患儿择时服药的临床研究,观察其临床疗效、安全性及可行性,从而为儿科临床提供更有效的治疗方案。方法:将60例符合条件的食积咳嗽患儿随机分成两组,治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组采用择时服药方案给予保和丸合二陈汤加减,对照组采用常规服药时间(即一天药量均分2份)早晚给予保和丸合二陈汤加减。一周为一个疗程,一般观察两个疗程。结果:治疗结果显示两组症状均改善明显,实验组有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,统计结果经秩和检验分析有显著性差异,根据症状说明实验组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:采用子午流注理论指导小儿食积咳嗽择时用药,效果确切,有针对性,为临床食积咳嗽的治疗提供一个新的思路。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pathogenesis of infantile dysphagia and the theory of meridian abortion, to guide the clinical study of children with dysphagia and to observe its clinical efficacy, safety and feasibility. So as to provide a more effective treatment for pediatric clinic. Methods: 60 children with cough were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with routine medication time (2 parts per day) and added or subtracted from Baohe Pill and Erchen decoction in the morning and evening. A week as a course of treatment, general observation of two courses of treatment. Results: the treatment results showed that the symptoms of the two groups were improved obviously, the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7 and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7. The statistical results showed that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group by rank sum test. Conclusion: using the theory of Meridian flow to guide the timing of children's cough, the effect is accurate and targeted, which provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of cough caused by food accumulation.
