补肾化瘀解毒法论治化疗所致周围神经毒性

【摘要】：周围神经毒性是化疗常见副作用之一。结合中医基础理论提出化疗所致周围神经毒性的病机为脾肾两虚、气血生化乏源,加之化疗药物峻伤气血,痰浊、瘀血阻滞经络,总以气虚、血虚为本,痰浊、血瘀等内生之毒为标。据此确立补虚、解毒两大治则,并以补肾化瘀解毒为纲,分别以健脾补肾、调补肝肾、活血化瘀解毒、散寒通络解毒、祛风除湿解毒为法应用于临床。
[Abstract]:Peripheral neurotoxicity is one of the common side effects of chemotherapy. Combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis of peripheral neurotoxicity caused by chemotherapy is deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of qi and blood biochemistry, combined with chemotherapeutic drugs such as severe injury of qi and blood, phlegm turbid, blood stasis blocking meridian, total qi deficiency, blood deficiency as the basis, phlegm turbid. Endogenetic poison such as blood stasis is the standard. On the basis of this, two principles of tonifying deficiency and detoxification were established, and the methods of invigorating spleen and kidney, regulating liver and kidney, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and detoxification, dispersing cold and clearing collaterals and detoxicating and dispelling wind and removing dampness and detoxification were respectively used in clinical practice.
