电针对椎间盘脱出模型犬体感诱发电位的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of electroacupuncture on repairing spinal cord injury and somatosensory evoked potential (somatosensory evoked potential,SEP) in dogs with prolapse of intervertebral disc. Methods Beagle dogs were randomly divided into three groups. The model group and the electroacupuncture group were used to make the model of prolapse of intervertebral disc by balloon compression. The electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture every day after operation, and the control group was treated with sham operation. The Texas Spinal Cord Injury Scale for Dogs (TSCIS) score of spinal cord injury in Texas canine was evaluated by Texas Spinal Cord Injury Scale for Dogs (TSCIS) score before operation (0 d) and 1 day 4 and 7 days after operation. SEP was measured by EMG potentiometer and its latency and amplitude were analyzed. Results the TSCIS scores in the model group and electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 1st day after operation (P0.01), and on the 14th day after operation, there was a significant difference between the electroacupuncture group and the model group (P0.01), and the latency of SEP in the model group and electroacupuncture group on the 4th day after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.01). (P0.05), 14 days after operation, the latency of electroacupuncture group and model group was significantly different (P0.05), the amplitude of SEP in model group and electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in control group on the 1st day after operation (P0.05), the amplitude of SEP in electroacupuncture group and model group was significantly higher than that in model group at 14 days after operation (P0.05). Conclusion electroacupuncture can effectively promote the repair of spinal cord injury in model dogs with intervertebral disc prolapse, improve the score of TSCIS, restore the waveform of SEP, shorten the latent period, increase the amplitude of SEP and reflect the degree of spinal cord injury to a certain extent, and evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture on the treatment of spinal cord injury.
