扶正口服液治疗癌症恶病质的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:观察扶正口服液治疗癌症恶病质的临床疗效。方法:将60例癌症恶病质患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组予甲地孕酮治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予扶正口服液口服,比较两组患者治疗前后体质量、进食量、KPS评分及蛋白的变化。结果:治疗组在进食量、体质量及KPS评分方面,疗效均优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后血红蛋白、血清白蛋白均高于治疗前,且高于对照组治疗后(P0.05)。结论:扶正口服液可增加癌症恶病质的体质量、进食量,提高KPS评分,且可提高血红蛋白及血清白蛋白,对癌症恶病质的治疗具有积极作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng oral liquid on cancer cachexia. Methods: sixty patients with cancer cachexia were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with megestrol and the treatment group was treated with Fuzheng oral liquid on the basis of the control group. The body mass of the two groups was compared before and after treatment. Changes of KPS score and protein. Results: the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in food intake, body mass and KPS score (P0.05). The levels of hemoglobin and serum albumin in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment and higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng oral liquid can increase the body weight of cancer cachexia, food intake, KPS score, hemoglobin and serum albumin, and play an active role in the treatment of cancer cachexia.
