六一散外用治疗感冒—风热证（疱疹性咽峡炎）的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨中药六一散外用治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效,以期更好的将其适用和指导临床实践。方法:采用随机对照分组法,将90例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为3组,每组30例。每个组别都以蒲地蓝消炎口服液作为基础治疗手段,治疗组在此基础上给予六一散外用;对照组1给予开喉剑喷雾剂(儿童型)配合基础治疗;而基础治疗本身作为对照组2。观察三种治疗方法在治疗前后对患儿临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组:痊愈17例,显效6例,有效3例,总有效率为86.7%;对照组1:痊愈16例,显效5例,有效4例,总有效率83.3%;对照组2:痊愈5例,显效8例,有效10例,总有效率76.7%。治疗组与对照组1相比,均有一定疗效,两组之间无显著性差异(P0.05)。治疗组、对照组1与对照组2相比,明显优于对照组2,具有显著性差异(P0.05)。并且治疗组、对照组1与对照组2相比,在缓解症状、起效时间等方面具有显著优势(P0.05)。结论:六一散外用治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效显著,并在缩短疗程方面有一定的优势,且价格低廉,无任何毒副作用,家长易接受,在临床上为治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎提供了一种全新的安全、经济、有效的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of Liuyi Powder in treating herpes isthmus in children. Methods: 90 cases of herpes pharyngitis were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases in each group. Each group was treated with Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid as the basic treatment method, the treatment group was given the external use of Liuyi powder on this basis; the control group 1 was given open larynx sword spray (children's type) combined with basic treatment; and the basic treatment itself was used as the control group (2). To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of children before and after treatment with three kinds of treatment methods. Results: in the treatment group, 17 cases were cured, 6 cases were effective, 3 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 86.7%; in the control group, 16 cases were cured, 5 cases were effective, 4 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 83.3%; in control group, 5 cases were cured, 8 cases were effective, 10 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 76.7B. Compared with the control group, the treatment group has a certain effect, there is no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2, significantly better than control group 2, with significant difference (P0.05). And treatment group, control group 1 compared with control group 2, in relieving symptoms, effective time and other aspects have significant advantages (P0.05). Conclusion: Liuyi Powder has obvious curative effect in treating herpes isthmus in children. It has some advantages in shortening the course of treatment, and it is cheap, without any side effects, so it is acceptable to parents. It provides a new safe, economical and effective method for the treatment of herpes isthmus in children.
