芪苈强心胶囊辅治慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效及其对NT-proBNP、LVEF及Tei指数的影响

【摘要】：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊辅治慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的疗效及对N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及Tei指数的影响。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月湖北省襄阳市东风人民医院急诊科诊治CHF患者121例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组60例及治疗组61例。对照组患者进行标准抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊,疗程均12周。分别于初次入院、治疗4周、8周及12周时测定NTproBNP、LVEF、Tei指数、LVEDD以及SV,治疗结束后观察疗效,比较2组不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为91.1%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(x~2=7.662,P=0.006)。与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后NT-proBNP、Tei指数、LVEDD显著降低(对照组:F=9.324、5.830、3.622;治疗组:F=12.305、6.207、5.637,P均0.05),LVEF及SV水平显著升高(对照组:F=6.237、6.842;治疗组:F=9.287、9.351,P均0.05),治疗后12周,观察组较对照组改善更加明显,差异均具有统计学意义(t=8.483、6.344、6.118、14.829、8.878,P均0.05)。治疗组出现轻微不良反应3例(5.4%),未出现严重不良反应。结论芪苈强心胶囊可有效改善患者心功能,安全性高,值得推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and its effects on N- terminal brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and Tei index. Methods from February 2015 to February 2016, 121 patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and treatment group (n = 61). The patients in the control group were treated with standard anti-heart failure, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule for 12 weeks. The NTproBNP,LVEF,Tei index and the efficacy of SV, were measured at the first admission, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks, respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0%). Compared with those before and after treatment, the NT-proBNP,Tei index of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (control group: 9. 3245.830v 3.622; the treatment group: 12. 3056.2075.637; P 0.05). The levels of NT-proBNP,Tei and SV were significantly increased (control group: F: 6.2376.842; treatment group: F9. 2879.351g, P 0.05). 12 weeks after treatment, the observation group improved more obviously than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (t = 8.483 ~ 6.344 ~ 6.118N = 14.829 ~ 8.878, P = 0.05). In the treatment group, there were 3 cases (5.4%) with slight adverse reactions, but no serious side effects. Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule can effectively improve cardiac function of patients with high safety and worth popularizing.
