中药治疗1例脂蛋白肾病

【摘要】：正脂蛋白肾小球病(lipoprotein glomerulopathy,LPG)也称脂蛋白肾病,是一种较为罕见的常染色体隐性遗传病,组织学特征为肾小球毛细血管腔内脂蛋白性血栓形成,临床常表现为脂质代谢障碍、严重蛋白尿并最终进展至肾功能衰竭。近期上海中医药大学附属龙华医院肾内科诊断1例LPG,以中医药治疗取得较好疗效,报告如下。临床资料患者,男,45岁,于2011年体检时
