马元仪《证论精微》学术价值探骊

【摘要】：《证论精微》是清初名医马元仪所著的医论类著作,现仅存的民国抄本藏于上海中医药大学图书馆。全书1卷,载医论33篇,撷取历家精华,结合其50余年临证经验求精启微,从病因脉证、治法方药等方面逐一阐释。《证论精微》重视病源病机的分析,理法有度、稳中求新,诊治闭结、咳嗽、腰痛、健忘等病证均有独到见解,对于当今中医临床仍具有较高的学术价值。
[Abstract]:It is a kind of medical works written by Ma Yuanyi, a famous doctor in the early Qing Dynasty. The only copy of the Republic of China is in the library of Shanghai University of traditional Chinese Medicine.
