孙海波教授应用会厌逐瘀汤加减对声带良性肿物术后嗓音恢复的临床研究

【摘要】：目的:观察会厌逐瘀汤加减在声带良性肿物术后嗓音恢复方面的疗效。材料与方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉科2015年1月-2016年1月治疗的80例声带良性肿物的手术术后患者,其中男性患者38例,女性患者42例,年龄在29-77岁之间。观测治疗前后患者VHI评分、嗓音分析情况及中医单项症状疗效。采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行统计分析,组间比较用成组t检验,组内比较用配对t检验,如不服从正态分布、方差齐性用X2检验或秩和检验;等级资料用秩和检验。结果:1.两组间均衡比较P0.05,两组患者在性别、年龄分布方面无明显差异,有可比性。2.治疗前两组组间VHI评分量表中功能、生理、情感比较,P0.05,无统计学意义;治疗后两组组内VHI评分量表中功能、生理、情感比较,P0.05,有统计学意义;治疗后两组组间VHI评分量表中功能、生理、情感比较,P0.05,有统计学意义;3.治疗前两组组间嗓音分析情况P0.05,无统计学意义;治疗后两组组间嗓音分析情况P0.05,有统计学意义;4.治疗前两组组间中医单项症状疗效P0.05,无统计学意义;治疗后两组组间中医单项症状疗效P0.05,有统计学意义;结论:1.应用会厌逐瘀汤可以更好的改善声带息肉术后患者功能、生理、情感指标。2.应用会厌逐瘀汤可以更好的改善声带息肉术后患者嗓音状况。3.应用会厌逐瘀汤可以更好的改善声带息肉术后患者中医单项症状疗效情况。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of epiglottic Zhuyu decoction on the recovery of vocal voice after vocal cord benign tumor. Materials and methods: 80 patients with benign vocal cord mass were treated in Department of Otorhinolaryngology, affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to January 2016. There were 38 male patients and 42 female patients aged 29-77 years. VHI score, voice analysis and curative effect of TCM single symptom were observed before and after treatment. SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis, group t test was used for inter-group comparison, and paired t test was used for intra-group comparison, such as disobeying normal distribution, homogeneity of variance using X2 test or rank sum test, rank sum test for grade data. The result is 1: 1. Balanced comparison between the two groups P 0.05, the two groups of patients in gender, age distribution, there is no significant difference, there is comparability. 2. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in VHI scores between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.05). After treatment between the two groups of VHI score scale in the function, physiology, emotional comparison, P0.05, with statistical significance; 3. The voice analysis between the two groups before treatment P0.05, no statistical significance; after treatment, the voice analysis between the two groups P0.05, with statistical significance; 4. Before treatment between the two groups of Chinese medicine single symptoms P0.05, no statistical significance; after treatment between the two groups of TCM single symptoms P0.05, with statistical significance; conclusion: 1. The application of epiglottis Zhuyu decoction can improve the functional, physiological and emotional indexes of patients after vocal cord polyp surgery. 2. The application of epiglottis Zhuyu decoction can better improve the voice status of patients after vocal cord polyps. The application of epiglottic Zhuyu decoction can improve the curative effect of single symptom of Chinese medicine after vocal cord polyp surgery.
