中医肾脑相关学说的理论研究

【摘要】：目的:通过研究肾脑相关的理论源流与病案实践,探寻肾脑相关的机制、实质与特征,挖掘肾脑相关的临床意义及应用模式,为肾脑相关疾病的诊治提供新的靶点和思路。方法:采用文献互证、逻辑推理、信息检索等方法进行研究。通过查阅经典著作与检索现代文献相结合的方式,在运用归纳、综合、比较等具体研究方法的同时,广泛参阅了中医学典籍与相关的哲学论著进行理论研究。并借助《中国知网》与《中华医典》等工具平台,进行了典型医案的个案分析。结果:1.形神一体之肾统一于肾气。脑通过御气而为一身之主。“肾脑相关”表现为经络联系、精髓化生、阴阳属性、神气功能上的相互协调。2.肾脑相关,以“阴阳学说”等深刻影响中医理论的哲学命题为指导,以经脉络属和精髓化生为基础,以多元复杂的功能联系为表现。3.肾脑相关有其特定的机制、实质与特征,并作为一个整体对人体的生命存续、气机升降、形神合一、情感记忆、行为动作等产生重要影响。结论:肾脑相关于气,气机升降相因是肾脑互济的机制。肾和脑兼具有先后天两种属性,脑为脏腑之主,脑神通过御气而统御五脏神。“气”在肾—督脉—脑系统中,通过沟通“精”与“神”实现人体的自为自和及人身的形神合一。先天不足、劳逸过度和情志所伤,使精髓化生不足或气机升降失调,是肾脑相关病证的主要病因病机。结合药物气味,顺应肾、脑之特性用药,及从督脉腧穴用针灸,填精益髓、调理气机,是治疗肾脑相关病证的主要思路。气之和与气之顺是肾脑相关的关键。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the mechanism, essence and characteristics of renal and brain correlation, explore its clinical significance and application model, and provide new targets and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of renal brain related diseases. Methods: the methods of document mutual proof, logical reasoning and information retrieval were used. By referring to classical works and retrieving modern literature, this paper makes a theoretical study on classical Chinese medicine books and related philosophical works while using concrete research methods such as induction, synthesis, comparison and so on. A case study of typical medical records was carried out with the help of tools such as "China knowledge Network" and "Chinese Medical Code". The result is 1: 1. The kidney of form and spirit is unified in kidney qi. The brain is the master of the whole body through the abstinence of qi. The relationship between kidney and brain is manifested by the relationship between meridian, essence, yin and yang, and the coordination of the function of spirit and qi. 2. The relationship between kidney and brain is guided by the philosophical propositions of "Yin and Yang Theory", which deeply influence the theory of TCM, based on the meridian and essence of metamorphosis, and manifested by the multiple and complex functional relations. 3. The relationship between kidney and brain has its specific mechanism, essence and characteristics. As a whole, it has an important influence on the survival of human body, the rise and fall of Qi machine, the unity of form and spirit, emotional memory, behavior and so on. Conclusion: kidney and brain are related to qi and Qi mechanism is the mechanism of kidney and brain economy. The kidney and brain have two attributes: the brain is the master of the viscera, and the brain spirit controls the five zangshangshen by controlling qi. Qi in the kidney-du meridian-brain system, through the communication of "essence" and "God" to achieve the body's own self-harmony and physical form-spirit unity. The main etiology and pathogenesis of kidney and brain related diseases are deficiency of nature, overwork of labor and injury of emotion, so that the essence of the disease is insufficient or Qi machine rises and goes up and down. Combination of drug smell, compliance with the characteristics of kidney and brain, acupuncture and moxibustion from du meridian and acupoints, filling essence and nourishing marrow, regulating qi machine, are the main ideas for the treatment of kidney and brain related diseases. The sum of qi and the smooth flow of qi are the key factors related to kidney and brain.
