《救伤秘旨》伤科学术特点探讨

【摘要】：《救伤秘旨》是清代中医骨伤科少林学派代表医家赵廷海的伤科著作,该书继承并发扬了少林学派按穴论治学术思想,注重对骨伤预后的判断,在前人的基础上提出"致命大穴"论,归纳并创新了整复手法与固定方法,在骨伤方药施治上,既广泛应用少林学派疗伤方药,又注重辨证加减灵活运用。该书是一部颇具特色的少林伤科骨伤著作,具有较的高学术价值,对于现代中医骨伤临床实践仍有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The secret of rescuing injuries is the work of Zhao Tinghai, a representative of the Shaolin School of Orthopaedics and Trauma of traditional Chinese Medicine in the Qing Dynasty. The book inherits and develops the Shaolin School's academic thought of treating injuries according to acupoints and pays attention to judging the prognosis of bone injuries. On the basis of the former, the theory of "fatal big acupoint" is put forward, and the methods of reconstructive manipulation and fixation are summarized and innovated. In the application of bone injury prescription, Shaolin School's medicine for treating wounds is widely used, and the flexible application of syndrome differentiation, addition and subtraction is also emphasized. The book is a distinctive book on bone injury in Shaolin Department of Trauma, which has higher academic value and still has certain guiding significance for the clinical practice of bone injury in modern Chinese medicine.
