《外科正宗》针法治疗痈疽经验

【摘要】：对明·陈实功《外科正宗》在中医治疗痈疽方面的学术成就进行了较为系统的整理总结。《外科正宗》中包含中医内治法和中医外治法,其中中医外治法有针法、灸法、外敷、熨法、吹药等,而常用的外治法是针法和灸法。故主要从陈实功针法治疗痈疽经验方面进行总结,用以指导现代临床的应用,现将陈实功使用针法治疗痈疽过程中常用针具、针刺时机、针刺方法、针刺禁忌等方面进行总结。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically summarizes the academic achievements in the treatment of carbuncle and gangrene of traditional Chinese medicine by Chen Zhigong [authentic surgery] in Ming Dynasty. [authentic surgery] includes internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, moxibustion, and external application, in which the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine includes acupuncture, moxibustion, and external application. Ironing, blowing medicine, etc., and the usual external treatment is acupuncture and moxibustion. Therefore, the experience of treating carbuncle gangrene with Chen Shigong acupuncture method is summarized, which is used to guide the application of modern clinical practice. Chen Shigong uses acupuncture method to treat carbuncle gangrene in the process of commonly used acupuncture tools, acupuncture timing, acupuncture method, acupuncture taboo and so on.
