利咽合剂联合耳穴贴压治疗阴虚血瘀型慢性咽炎的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：为了观察利咽合剂联合耳穴贴压治疗阴虚血瘀型慢性咽炎的临床疗效,本研究根据患者的临床症状与体征的变化,进行统计学分析,对其疗效进行评价,并初步探讨其作用机制,为慢性咽炎的治疗累积临床经验,从而为形成一个最佳的慢性咽炎诊疗方案做一些有益工作。方法：患者收集自2015年10月至2016年3月在成都中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的慢性咽炎、且符合中医辨证阴虚血瘀型60例,将病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组予以利咽合剂,并配合耳穴贴压治疗；对照组仅予以利咽合剂内服,治疗疗程4周。临床试验期间,分别观察两组患者在治疗1周、2周、4周的症状、体征情况,并记下不同时期所得积分,运用统计学方法,对其结果进行分析,进而评价其临床疗效。结果：60例阴虚血瘀型慢性咽炎患者的治疗结果是,治疗组治愈、显效、有效、无效分别为1例,13例,9例,5例,总有效率为82.14%；对照组治愈、显效、有效、无效分别为0例、4例、17例、8例,总有效率为72.41%。两组采用统计学非参数秩和Z检验,Z=-2.443,P=0.015小于0.05,差异有统计学意义,说明两组在疗效上有临床意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论：本次研究结果显示,利咽合剂联合耳穴贴压对阴虚血瘀型慢性咽炎的治疗疗效显著,能有效的改善患者咽部的症状与体征,较单纯口服中药有着明显优势,值得临床上进一步研究和推广。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Liyan mixture combined with auricular plaster on chronic pharyngitis with yin deficiency and blood stasis. The mechanism of its action is discussed preliminarily to accumulate clinical experience for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis and to do some useful work for forming an optimal diagnosis and treatment scheme of chronic pharyngitis. Methods: 60 patients with chronic pharyngitis were collected from October 2015 to March 2016 in the Otolaryngology Department of affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Liyan mixture, combined with auricular acupoint pressing, while the control group was treated with Liyan mixture for 4 weeks. During the clinical trial, the symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed in 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, and the scores of different periods were recorded, the results were analyzed by statistical method, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: the results of treatment in 60 cases of chronic pharyngitis with yin deficiency and blood stasis were as follows: 1 case, 13 cases, 9 cases, 5 cases of chronic pharyngitis were cured, 13 cases, 9 cases, 5 cases respectively in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 82.14. There were 0 cases, 4 cases, 17 cases and 8 cases respectively. The total effective rate was 72.41%. The non-parametric rank and Z test was used in the two groups. The difference was statistically significant. The results showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the curative effect and the therapeutic effect was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: the results of this study show that Liyan mixture combined with auricular acupoint plaster is effective in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis with yin deficiency and blood stasis type, and can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of pharynx of patients. It is worthy of further study and promotion in clinic.
