厚朴三物汤、续命汤治疗中风急性期验案1则

【摘要】：本案为肺癌晚期多发性转移患者,既往多次化疗控制肿瘤进展,突发肢体活动不利及全身乏力、头痛,头颅核磁提示急性脑梗死,西医应用抗聚、降脂、控制基础病及对症止痛治疗,症状无缓解。结合患者四诊信息辨证为阳明腑实气滞为标,气阳亏虚寒郁为本,先后使用《金匮要略》厚朴三物汤及《古今录验》续命汤加减治疗中风,取得了满意疗效。
[Abstract]:This case is a case of advanced multiple metastasis of lung cancer. Multiple chemotherapy has been used to control the progress of the tumor, sudden limb movement is unfavorable and general fatigue, headache, head nuclear magnetic resonance signal acute cerebral infarction, Western medicine application of anti-aggregation, hypolipidemia, Control of basic diseases and the treatment of symptomatic pain, no remission of symptoms. Combined with the information of four diagnoses of the patients, Yang Ming Fu Qi stagnation was the standard, Qi Yang deficiency and cold stagnation was the basis, the treatment of apoplexy was achieved by using Houpu Sanwu decoction of Golden Chamber > Houpu Sanwu decoction and Suiting decoction of ancient and modern records to treat apoplexy.
