电针联合走罐治疗单纯性肥胖症66例的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:通过观察单纯性肥胖患者体重、体重指数(BMI)、脂肪百分率(FAT)、腰围各项指标的改变情况,对比电针联合走罐与单纯用电针疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效,以客观的角度论述针灸联合走罐的综合疗法对单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。探寻一种--治疗效果更加明显、无不良反应、能让肥胖患者自行坚持无痛苦或痛苦小,在减轻体重的同时还能塑造形体美的治疗单纯性肥胖症的治疗方案。材料与方法:收治66例于2014年3月至2015年3月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院美容科门诊的单纯性肥胖症患者。将这些患者随机分成两组,治疗组、对照组,每组33例。对照组给予单纯电针治疗,针刺主穴中脘、阴交、气海、外陵、天枢、大横、阴陵泉、水道、足三里、三阴交、滑肉门、丰隆、阿是穴。根据证型辨证配穴:脾虚湿阻型配水分、足临泣;胃热湿阻型配曲池、合谷、内庭;肝郁气滞型配太冲、行间、阳陵泉;脾肾阳虚型配关元、太溪;阴虚内热型加支沟、肝俞。针刺得气后选取天枢(双侧)、足三里(双侧)接通电针仪,选用疏密波,电波频率1.5Hz,每次留针30min,前三日连续治疗,后隔日治疗一次;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用走罐治疗,主要在背部和腹部。背部沿督脉和膀胱经;腹部在任脉、脾胃经来回推动,背部与腹部隔天交替进行。两组均30天为一个疗程,治疗3个疗程后,根据观察指标判定其疗效。结果:1.电针联合走罐疗法与电针疗法对单纯性肥胖的治疗均有显著疗效。2.在腰围、脂肪百分率(FAT)、体重指数(BMI)方面,电针联合走罐疗法的治疗效果要明显优于单纯电针疗法。结论:1.电针联合走罐法对治疗单纯性肥胖病有良好疗效。2.电针联合走罐法对治疗单纯性肥胖病在改变腰围、脂肪百分率(FAT)和体重指数(BMI)方面显著优于单纯使用电针法,在塑形方面尤为突出。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of body weight, body mass index (BMI),) fat percentage and (FAT), waist circumference in patients with simple obesity, and to compare the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with cupping therapy and electroacupuncture therapy on simple obesity. Objective to discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with cupping therapy on simple obesity. Explore a more effective treatment, no adverse reactions, to allow obese patients to adhere to a painless or less painful, weight loss, but also shape the shape of the treatment of simple obesity treatment. Materials and methods: 66 patients with simple obesity were admitted from March 2014 to March 2015 in the Department of Beauty Department of affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine. After acupuncture, Tianshu (bilateral) was selected, Zusanli (bilateral) was connected with electroacupuncture instrument, dense wave was selected, radio frequency was 1.5 Hz, each time the needle was kept for 30 minutes, the first three days were treated continuously, and the treatment was done every other day; the treatment group was treated with walking cupping on the basis of the control group, Mainly in the back and abdomen. Back along du pulse and bladder meridian; abdomen in any vein, spleen and stomach push back and forth, back and abdomen alternate days. The two groups were treated with 30 days as a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the observation index. The result is 1: 1. Electroacupuncture combined with cupping therapy and electroacupuncture therapy have significant therapeutic effects on simple obesity. 2. In the aspect of waist circumference, fat percentage (FAT), body mass index (BMI), the effect of electroacupuncture combined with cupping therapy was better than that of simple electroacupuncture therapy. Conclusion: 1. Electroacupuncture combined with cupping therapy has a good curative effect on simple obesity. 2. Electroacupuncture combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of simple obesity in the change of waist circumference, fat percentage of (FAT) and body mass index (BMI) is significantly better than the simple electroacupuncture method, especially in shaping.
