健脾润肤汤对特应性皮炎脾虚证面部皮肤生理指标的影响

【摘要】：目的评价健脾润肤汤对特应性皮炎脾虚证患者面部皮肤屏障功能及皮疹严重程度的影响。方法观察组:口服健脾润肤汤;对照组:口服医师自拟健肤方。中药内服均每日两次,用药4周。结果观察组显效5人,有效12人,无效12人,总有效率58.62%;对照组显效3人,有效5人,无效20人,总有效率28.57%。两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组皮损SCORAD分值从疗前(43.46±14.6)下降至(22.99±13.3),对照组皮损SCORAD分值从(46.59±12.2)下降至(31.30±14.7)。观察组面部pH值从疗前(7.00±1.57)下降至(6.51±1.37),皮肤脂质含量从(33.14±19.98)下降至(32.86±17.54),含水量从(39.66±14.31)变至(47.41±11.91)。对照组面部pH值从疗前(4.83±0.05)下降至(4.80±0.06),皮肤脂质含量从(26.25±12.08)下降至(24.11±13.40),含水量从(32.75±11.87)变至(35.29±13.85)。两组疗后皮脂含量、皮肤含水量差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中药健脾润肤汤治疗特应性皮炎安全有效,并可提高面部皮肤含水量,下调面部皮肤pH值,提高皮肤屏障功能。

In the control group, the facial pH decreased from (4.83 卤0.05) to (4.80 卤0.06), the skin lipid content decreased from (26.25 卤12.08) to (24.11 卤13.40), and the water content changed from (32.75 卤11.87) to (35.29 卤13.85). There were significant differences in sebum content and skin moisture content between the two groups after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Runfu decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. It can increase the water content of facial skin, lower the pH value of facial skin and improve the function of skin barrier.
