电针与手针刺激对围绝经期烘热症状及性激素水平影响的对比观察

【摘要】：目的:比较手针和电针刺激对围绝经期综合征的疗效差异及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法:将50例患者随机分为手针组(27例)和电针组(23例),电针组脱落1例。两组均取关元、子宫、天枢、三阴交穴,手针组采用手针刺激,每穴行小幅度均匀提插捻转3次,每10min一次;电针组采用电针刺激,选取疏密波,频率为10Hz/50Hz,均留针30min。两组治疗均隔日1次,每周3次,连续8周,共治疗24次。于治疗前、治疗4周、8周后,治疗结束后12、24周随访时分别记录患者的平均24h烘热积分、绝经症状评价量表(MRS)评分、围绝经期生活质量量表(MENQOL)评分,于治疗前、治疗8周后及治疗后12周随访时检测患者的血清性激素水平[血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E_2)]。结果:与治疗前相比,两组治疗4周、8周后及治疗结束后12周、24周随访时平均24h烘热积分、MRS、MENQOL评分均显著降低(均P0.05),并且两组治疗8周后以上各项评分均低于治疗4周时(均P0.05),12周、24周随访时各项评分均低于治疗4周与8周时(均P0.05);治疗后各时间点组间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗8周、12周随访时两组患者血清FSH、E_2水平显著改善(均P0.05),两组患者LH水平无明显变化(P0.05);两组间血清性激素水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论:手针与电针对围绝经期相关症状均有改善作用,且对血清性激素水平有一定的调节作用,两者效果相当。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of hand acupuncture and electroacupuncture on peri-menopausal syndrome. Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into hand acupuncture group (n = 27) and electroacupuncture group (n = 23). In both groups, Guan Yuan, uterus, Tianshu, Sanyinjiao, hand acupuncture group were stimulated by hand acupuncture, each acupoint was raised and twirled 3 times per 10min, and electroacupuncture group was stimulated by electroacupuncture with density wave, the frequency was 10 Hz / 50 Hz, and the needle was kept for 30 mins. The two groups were treated once every other day, 3 times a week for 8 weeks, 24 times. Before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, 8 weeks after treatment, 12 weeks after treatment and 24 weeks after treatment, the mean 24-hour baking heat score, menopausal symptom evaluation scale (MRS), perimenopausal quality of life (MENQOL) score were recorded, respectively. Serum sex hormone levels [serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estrogen (E _ 2)] were measured 8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. Results: compared with before treatment, After 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment, 24 weeks after treatment, the average 24-hour heat score and MRS,MENQOL score were significantly decreased in both groups (P0.05), and the scores above 8 weeks after treatment in both groups were lower than those at 4 weeks after treatment (P0.05), 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment were all lower than those at 4 weeks after treatment (P0.05), 12 weeks and 24 weeks after treatment, the scores were significantly lower than those at 4 weeks after treatment (P0.05). The scores during the visit were lower than those at the 4th week and 8th week (P0.05); there was no significant difference between the groups at each time point after treatment (P0.05). Compared with before treatment, the serum FSH,E_2 level of the two groups was significantly improved after 8 weeks and 12 weeks follow-up (P0.05), the LH level of the two groups had no significant change (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in serum sex hormone levels between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: both hand acupuncture and electroacupuncture can improve the symptoms of perimenopausal period and regulate the level of serum sex hormone.
