手法整复闭合穿针内固定术在小儿肱骨髁上骨折治疗中的临床研究

【摘要】：目的研究分析手法整复闭合穿针内固定术治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年6月~2016年6月收治的30例肱骨髁上骨折患儿,随机分为对照组15例(采用闭合复位石膏外固定治疗)和观察组15例(采用手法整复闭合穿针内固定术治疗)两组,观察对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果对照组患儿的优良率为53.33%(8/15),观察组患儿的优良率为93.33%(14/15),观察组患儿的优良率明显高于对照组患儿,且观察组患儿的骨质愈合时间明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论手法整复闭合穿针内固定术治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折有着良好的临床效果,能够有效地帮助患儿改善症状,缩短治疗时间,利于患儿的身体快速恢复。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of manual reduction and closed needle fixation for supracondylar fracture of humerus in children. Methods 30 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus were selected from June 2015 to June 2016. Patients in the control group were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (15 cases) and the observation group (15 cases). The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared with that of the control group (15 cases) and the control group (15 cases). Results the excellent and good rate was 53.33% (8 / 15) in the control group and 93.33% (14 / 15) in the observation group. The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the bone healing time of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the treatment of supracondylar fracture of humerus by manual reduction and closed needle fixation has a good clinical effect. It can effectively help the children to improve their symptoms, shorten the time of treatment, and facilitate the rapid recovery of the body of the children with humeral supracondylar fractures.
