龙虎交战针法联合小针刀治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨龙虎交战针法联合小针刀对肩周炎的疗效观察。方法:将168例肩周炎病人采用随机数字表法均分为治疗组和对照组各84例,其中治疗组采用龙虎交战针法治疗,对照组采用平补平泻疗法治疗,两组均联合小针刀治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分、肩关节活动度及日常生活能力均非常显著优于治疗组(P0.01),治疗组总有效率、显效率、VAS评分、肩关节活动度及日常生活能力均显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:采用针刺疗法联合小针刀对肩周炎具有明显的治疗效果,应用龙虎交战针法联合小针刀疗法对本病的治疗效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of long Hu belligerent acupuncture combined with small needle knife on periarthritis of shoulder. Methods: 168 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 84) and control group (n = 84). The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the VAS score, shoulder range of motion and ADL of the two groups were significantly better than those of the treatment group (P0.01). The total effective rate, effective rate and VAS score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the treatment group. Shoulder motion and ADL were significantly better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with small needle knife has obvious therapeutic effect on shoulder periarthritis, and long Tiger belligerent acupuncture combined with small needle knife is better in treating this disease.
