脊椎按压法结合常规手法中药治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:观察应用脊椎按压法治疗心肾不交型不寐与未应用脊椎按压法的临床疗效从而对临床治疗方案进行进一步优化以提高临床治疗效果。方法:施用随机分组方法将60例符合心肾不交型不寐诊断指标的病人分为A组30例,B组30例。A组施用常规推拿结合口服中药的方案治疗;B组施用常规推拿结合口服中药配合脊椎按压法治疗。一周为一个疗程,四周后观察治疗后不寐症状变化情况。结果:治疗后,B组在睡眠质量、日间功能改善优于A组(P0.05),总有效率相较B组优于A组(P0.05)。结论:B组脊椎按压法结合手法中药治疗心肾不交型不寐可以显著提高疗效改善不寐患者的睡眠状况,其疗效确切且优于应用常规手法中药相结合的A组。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of spinal compression in the treatment of heart and kidney disjoint insomnia and non-spinal compression in order to further optimize the clinical treatment to improve the clinical treatment effect. Methods: sixty patients who met the diagnosis index of heart-kidney disjoint insomnia were randomly divided into group A (n = 30) and group B (n = 30). Group A was treated with routine massage combined with oral Chinese medicine. Group B was treated with routine massage combined with oral Chinese medicine combined with spinal compression. A week as a course of treatment, four weeks after the treatment to observe the change of insomnia symptoms. Results: after treatment, the sleep quality and daytime function in group B were better than those in group A (P0.05), and the total effective rate was better than that in group B (P0.05). Conclusion: group B can significantly improve the sleep status of patients with insomnia by combining chiropractic and manipulation with Chinese herbal medicine. The curative effect of group B is better than that of group A which is combined with conventional manipulation and traditional Chinese medicine.
