小柴胡汤在脂肪性肝病临床应用中的文献研究

【摘要】：目的:研究小柴胡汤在脂肪性肝病临床应用的文献,运用现代科学方法(包括频次统计等)归纳总结小柴胡汤治疗脂肪性肝病的疗效,并分析小柴胡汤的药物加减规律,为现代临床治疗提供有价值的理论依据,使小柴胡汤在脂肪性肝病中能够更灵活、更安全、更有效的发挥作用。方法:查阅1985年-2015年间的文献,依据文献选择标准决定文献的纳入或排除。归纳总结小柴胡汤治疗脂肪性肝病的疗效,并且统计文献中使用过的每一种中药的使用次数,进行整合。结果:使用了小柴胡汤加减的治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。小柴胡汤加减化裁时,活血化瘀、利水渗湿及补虚药物这3类最常用。结论:小柴胡汤加减化裁治疗脂肪性肝病疗效显著,在临床运用中应注重活血化瘀、利水渗湿及补虚药物这3类药物的加减应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the literature on clinical application of Xiaochaihu decoction in fatty liver disease, summarize the curative effect of Xiaochaihu decoction on fatty liver disease by using modern scientific methods (including frequency statistics, etc.), and analyze the law of drug addition and subtraction of Xiaochaihu decoction. To provide a valuable theoretical basis for modern clinical treatment, so that Xiaochaihu decoction in fatty liver disease can be more flexible, safer, more effective role. Methods: literature from 1985 to 2015 was reviewed and the inclusion or exclusion was determined according to the selection criteria. Summarize the curative effect of Xiaochaihu decoction in treating fatty liver disease, and integrate the times of each Chinese medicine used in the literature. Results: the therapeutic effect of Xiaocaihu decoction was better than that of control group. Xiaochaihu decoction reduce the chemical cut, promoting blood stasis, water and dampness and tonifying the three most commonly used drugs. Conclusion: Xiaochaihu decoction is effective in the treatment of fatty liver disease. In clinical application, attention should be paid to the addition and subtraction of three kinds of drugs: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, promoting water and infiltrating dampness and tonifying deficiency.
