白驳凝胶联合针罐疗法治疗白癜风临床疗效评估及其对白癜风动物模型实验作用的研究

【摘要】：目的:观察白驳凝胶联合针罐疗法治疗白癜风临床疗效,评估不同浓度白驳凝胶对白癜风动物模型的作用。方法:(1)将60例白癜风患者,随机分为两组,各30例,治疗组:涂抹白驳凝胶联合针罐疗法,口服白灵片。对照组:外搽白灵酊以及口服白灵片。详细记录两组治疗前后的症状体征及相关信息,进行临床疗效评价和不良反应统计。(2)黑色或花黑色豚鼠50只,随机分为A、B、C、D、E五个组,脱去豚鼠背部毛,用Q开关Nd-YAG激光照射,每10天1次,共3次。造模完成后,分别在脱毛区涂抹不同浓度白驳凝胶,白灵酊及生理盐水,BID,连续30天。结束后,肉眼观察各组药物治疗白癜风动物模型效果,取下用药部位皮肤,用硫酸亚铁Lillie法染色,观察黑色素毛囊数。结果:白驳凝胶联合针罐疗法治疗白癜风的治愈率及有效率分别为43.3%及96.7%,临床疗效明显优于对照组;动物实验中,15%的白驳凝胶的治愈率及有效率分别为10%及90%。效果优于其他两种浓度的白驳凝胶及白灵酊组和生理盐水组。结论:白驳凝胶联合针罐疗法是治疗白癜风疗效肯定、药物不良反应小的理想方法之一,15%浓度的白驳凝胶对白癜风的治疗效果较好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of white mottle gel combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy on vitiligo and to evaluate the effect of different concentration of white mottling gel on animal model of vitiligo. Methods: (1) 60 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group: Bailing tincture and oral Bailing tablets. The symptoms and signs of the two groups were recorded in detail before and after the treatment, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated. (2) Fifty black or flower black guinea pigs were randomly divided into five groups: Acarb, CX, DX and E, and the dorsal hair was removed from the guinea pigs. Q-switch Nd-YAG laser was used once every 10 days for 3 times. After the model was made, different concentrations of white mottling gel, Bailing tincture and normal saline were applied in the depilation area for 30 days. After the treatment, the animal model of vitiligo was observed with the naked eye. The skin was removed and stained with ferrous sulfate Lillie method to observe the number of melanin hair follicles. Results: the cure rate and effective rate were 43.3% and 96.70.The curative effect was better than that of the control group. In animal experiment, the cure rate and effective rate were 10% and 90%, respectively. The effect was better than the other two concentrations of white mottling gel, Bailing tincture group and physiological saline group. Conclusion: White mottle gel combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy is one of the ideal methods for the treatment of vitiligo with less adverse drug reaction. The therapeutic effect of 15% Gel on vitiligo is better.
