甜梦口服液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴失眠的临床观察

【摘要】：目的探讨甜梦口服液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴失眠治疗中的临床疗效。方法将本院2013年2月—2015年2月收治的COPD合并失眠患者86例随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服甜梦口服液治疗。治疗4周后,对比两组的临床疗效、生活质量,匹兹堡睡眠指数(PSQI)、睡眠效率、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠总时间、觉醒次数、觉醒总时间、肺功能。结果治疗后,对照组和试验组的总有效率分别为79.07%和93.02%,两组比较差异显著(P0.01)。治疗后,两组患者PSQI总分、睡眠潜伏期、觉醒次数、觉醒总时间、呼吸症状、活动受限均显著降低,睡眠效率、睡眠总时间、第1秒用力呼气容量(FEV1)、和FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)均升高,同组治疗前后比较差异显著(P0.05);且试验组这些指标的改善程度优于对照组,差异显著(P0.05)。结论甜梦口服液可改善COPD伴失眠患者的睡眠质量,降低PSQI评分,具有一定的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Tianmeng oral liquid in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with insomnia. Methods from February 2013 to February 2015, 86 patients with COPD complicated with insomnia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the experimental group was treated with Tianmeng oral liquid on the basis of the control group's routine treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, quality of life, Pittsburgh sleep index (PSQI),) sleep efficiency, sleep latency, total sleep time, arousal times, total awakening time and lung function were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the experimental group were 79.07% and 93.02%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant (P0.01). After treatment, the total PSQI score, sleep latency, arousal times, total arousal time, respiratory symptoms and restricted activities were significantly decreased, sleep efficiency, total sleep time, forced expiratory volume (FEV1) were significantly decreased in both groups. Compared with FEV1/ forced vital capacity (FVC) increased significantly in the same group before and after treatment (P0.05). The improvement of these indexes in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion Tianmeng oral liquid can improve the sleep quality of COPD patients with insomnia and decrease the PSQI score. It has certain clinical application value.
