润肺止咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

【摘要】：目的研究分析润肺止咳汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果。方法选取我院50例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象。对照组给予孟鲁司特钠片及布地奈德治疗,实验组给予润肺止咳汤治疗。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的治疗效果、复发率及生活质量等临床指标。结果实验组中,无效患者为2例,所占比例为8.0%,有效患者为10例,显效患者为13例。对照组中,无效患者为7例,所占比例为28.0%,有效患者为9例,显效患者为9例。实验组治疗有效率为92.0%,对照组治疗有效率为72.0%,具有统计学差异(P0.05)。实验组中复发例数为1例,对照组复发例数为5例。实验组与对照组患者的复发率分别为4.0%与20.0%,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验组认知评分为,(P0.05)。实验组与对照组患者的躯体评分分别为(70.10±3.43)与(52.20±3.32)分,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中应用润肺止咳汤治疗效果理想,能够显著改善患者的生活质量,缓解临床症状,提高治疗有效率,具有临床推广的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical effect of Runfei Zhike decoction on cough variant asthma in children. Methods 50 children with cough variant asthma in our hospital were selected. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets and budesonide, and the experimental group with Runfei Zhike decoction. The therapeutic effect, recurrence rate and quality of life were compared between the experimental group and the control group. Results in the experimental group, there were 2 cases of invalid patients, 10 cases of effective patients and 13 cases of remarkable effects. In the control group, 7 cases (28.0%) were ineffective, 9 cases were effective and 9 cases were effective. The effective rate of treatment was 92.0 in the experimental group and 72.0 in the control group (P0.05). The number of recurrent cases was 1 in the experimental group and 5 in the control group. The recurrence rates of the experimental group and the control group were 4.0% and 20.0 respectively, which were statistically significant (P0.05). The cognitive score of the experimental group was, (P0.05). The somatic scores of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were (70.10 卤3.43) and (52.20 卤3.32), respectively, with statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion Runfei Zhike decoction is effective in treating pediatric cough variant asthma. It can significantly improve the quality of life, relieve clinical symptoms and improve the effective rate of treatment.
