强直性脊柱炎与骨质疏松症中医治疗方剂用药规律比较分析

【摘要】：目的:运用中医传承辅助平台软件挖掘分析近5年来中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎及骨质疏松的用药规律。方法:筛选治疗强直性脊柱炎的方剂121首,骨质疏松症的方剂118首,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,挖掘药物核心组合并进行比较。结果:中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎和骨质疏松症用药规律相似,均以补肾活血通络为治则治法,但用药侧重点存在差异,即强直性脊柱炎的治疗以补肾与活血通络止痛并重,而骨质疏松症的治疗以补肾为主佐以活血。结论:中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎及骨质疏松症的用药规律存在差异,前者以补肾药与活血止痛药并重,后者以补肾药为主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in recent 5 years. Methods: 121 prescriptions for treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and 118 prescriptions for osteoporosis were selected. Unsupervised data mining methods such as association rule apriori algorithm and complex system entropy clustering were used. The frequency of drug use and the association rules between drugs were analyzed, and the core combinations of drugs were excavated and compared. Results: the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and osteoporosis by traditional Chinese medicine was similar, both of them were treated by tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation and collaterals, but there were some differences in drug use, that is to say, the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis was based on reinforcing kidney and activating blood circulation and regulating collaterals to relieve pain. The treatment of osteoporosis is mainly to tonify the kidney and promote blood circulation. Conclusion: there are differences in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and osteoporosis between traditional Chinese medicine and osteoporosis. The former focuses on tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation to relieve pain, while the latter is mainly used to tonify the kidney.
