藏药安神丸治疗心隆病的机理初探

【摘要】：目的藏药安神丸治疗心隆病提供可信的理论和现实依据。方法文献研究与实地调查方法相结合对藏药安神丸的机理和配制进行探讨。结果《工竹札记》记载的心隆病方剂中安神丸的使用率高于其它药物,它是符合藏医药理论的配伍规律,使三因的柔、重、钝等的20种特性为作用对象,从药物的药味、药性、效能来平衡宿主于心脏的"恰协隆"病的治疗目的。结论藏药安神丸是治疗心隆病的首选药物之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide reliable theoretical and practical basis for the treatment of Xinlong disease with Tibetan medicine Anshen pills. Methods the mechanism and preparation of Tibetan medicine Anshen pills were discussed in combination with literature study and field investigation. Results the utilization rate of Anshen pills in Xinlong disease prescription recorded in the Notes of Gongzhu was higher than that of other drugs. It was in accordance with the compatibility law of Tibetan medicine theory, and made 20 characteristics of three factors soft, heavy and blunt as the action objects, from the medicine's taste, the medicine's properties. Efficacy balances the therapeutic purpose of the heart-hosted Chaselung disease. Conclusion the Tibetan medicine Anshen pills is one of the first choice drugs for the treatment of Xinlong disease.
